How To Create A New Ticket

This guide outlines two straightforward methods for submitting a support ticket, ensuring your issue reaches the appropriate team efficiently.

Option 1

1- Navigate to: https://www.fajer.it/ in your browser

2- Click on "Sign in" as shown below

3- Enter your credentials then click on "Sign In"

Note: if you are facing a problem or don't have an account, contact the IT team to create one via this email: IT@fajergroup.com

3- Fill the following Fields:

- Help Topic: Choose the proper topic based on your issue or request
- Issue Summary: Type a short title describe your Issue
- Details: Type all details about your issue or request.

Note: you can attach files in the Details area 

Finally, click on " Create Ticket"

Option 2

1- Open your email

2- Compose a new email with title describes the issue or request

3- Type all the issue or request details in the mail

4- Send the email to one of these three emails to open a new ticket:

  • IT@fajer.it - Information Technology Department
  • Bio@fajer.it - Biomedical Department
  • mnt@fajer.it - Maintenance Department
